We provide a platform where homeowners can submit requests for quotes or services, and we may share those requests with independent, third-party service providers. All work performed at your property is carried out by independent contractors who are not agents or employees of Pipex. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by such contractors. It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor you hire holds the necessary licenses and insurance required for the work in your jurisdiction.

2. User Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using Pipex, you represent that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your name, address, phone number, and email. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

3. Quote Requests and Communications

When you submit a quote request or contact form, you consent to being contacted by Pipex and by one or more service providers regarding your request. Contact may be made by phone, email, or other means you provide. You understand that we may share your contact and project information with contractors in our network. You are not obligated to accept any quote or hire any provider. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor; Pipex is not a party to that agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, that any particular provider will contact you, or that the quality, price, or timing of any services will meet your expectations. We do not endorse, screen, or guarantee the conduct or quality of work of any contractor. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting contractors and for the results of any work performed at your property. All persons depicted in photos or videos on our site may be actors or models and are not necessarily contractors listed on Pipex.

5. Intellectual Property

The Pipex website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Pipex or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Disclaimers

THE PIPEX SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONDUCT OF CONTRACTORS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PIPEX, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pipex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any dispute between you and a contractor.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pipex after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pipex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
